Exclusive Use of Venue for Ceremony and/or Reception

All Tables, chairs, benches along with select tablecloths are included for up to 250 guest.

We provide setup services of ceremony and reception seating.

Golf Cart Service for wedding party with 2 drivers. 

Setup and Tear down of the event by our venue staff.

 Rental Cost- $6000

 Please add an additional $1500 for any dates that fall on a holiday.

 

Average weddings for 150 guest cost $15,000 to $20,000.

We are a full service venue and only allow our preferred vendors.

This makes for the easiest planning and wedding process. 

For all new bookings you are required to use Bradford Farm vendors for photography, videography, florals and coordination and DJ.

We make exceptions for having a band with the DJ.

 

Catering must be approved through the venue with a licensed and insured catering service.
